House rules
1. Use of the accommodation / fitter’s apartment
The accommodation or fitter’s apartment may only be used by the number of people booked. Please treat the furnishings with care and handle all items with respect.
2. Quiet hours and consideration
Out of consideration for other residents, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and loud celebrations are not permitted. Social evenings with quiet music are, of course, allowed. As the hallway carries sound easily, please be especially quiet there and avoid unnecessary noise.
3. No smoking
Our house is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation, on the balconies, and anywhere on the property. Smoke detectors are installed in the apartments. In case of non-compliance, a contractual penalty of €250.00 plus any cleaning and loss-of-income costs will be charged.
4. Tidiness and handling of the furnishings
Please do not take any items from the accommodation. If something gets damaged, please inform us immediately. Damage can happen, and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We also ask you to keep the accommodation clean and tidy and to use the existing waste separation system. The parquet floors are sensitive and must not be walked on with outdoor shoes.
5. Waste disposal
Before check-out, please dispose of your waste yourself. Next to the house there is a small wooden shed with clearly labeled bins for paper, residual waste, and organic waste.
6. Keys and access
Any keys or access devices provided must be kept safe. Loss must be reported immediately. Any costs for replacement or necessary security measures may be charged to the guest.
7. Visitor policy
Visitors are generally welcome; however, additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior registration and approval.
8. Energy and heating
Please use energy and resources responsibly. Make sure not to leave windows open for extended periods while the heating is on, and do not leave the accommodation with unnecessary lights on or devices running.
9. Check-out condition
Please leave the accommodation in a tidy condition at check-out. This includes, in particular, washed dishes, disposed waste, and leaving the rooms swept clean.
Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a pleasant stay.
