The Foundation

The foundation of Acasa4you was laid in 2019 by Ralf Klinkhammer with the establishment of the first apartment for workers in Stolberg near Aachen. Over the past 7 years, the portfolio of fully furnished worker and vacation apartments has grown to over 30 units with a total of more than 150 beds in the Cologne – Aachen – Eifel triangle.
In doing so, we had to openly face challenges, handle them structurally, and often turn them into opportunities. With strong network partners, we now ensure comfortable temporary living and are opening up new regions to provide our customers with tailor-made housing solutions throughout Germany in the future.
