Please treat the furnishings with care and handle all items with respect. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23415979 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"23415979\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Quiet hours and consideration<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d507d30 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d507d30\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOut of consideration for other residents, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and loud celebrations are not permitted. Social evenings with quiet music are, of course, allowed. As the hallway carries sound easily, please be especially quiet there and avoid unnecessary noise.   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c55b74 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1c55b74\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. No smoking<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24247521 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"24247521\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOur house is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation, on the balconies, and anywhere on the property. Smoke detectors are installed in the apartments. In case of non-compliance, a contractual penalty of \u20ac250.00 plus any cleaning and loss-of-income costs will be charged.   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f1b71d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4f1b71d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Tidiness and handling of the furnishings<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12e36b9a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"12e36b9a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPlease do not take any items from the accommodation. If something gets damaged, please inform us immediately. Damage can happen, and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We also ask you to keep the accommodation clean and tidy and to use the existing waste separation system. The parquet floors are sensitive and must not be walked on with outdoor shoes.    \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37974b97 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"37974b97\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Next to the house there is a small wooden shed with clearly labeled bins for paper, residual waste, and organic waste. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4aa50283 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"4aa50283\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Loss must be reported immediately.
